From 23/03/2020 the dispensary will be open between 9am-12pm and 2pm-4pm to collect prescriptions only. Due to supply order delays, please allow 3 working days before collecting your medication and we will continue to only prescribe one months worth as per our practice policy.  Please also note we cannot supply Paracetamol to those who haven't already got it on their repeat medication list. Reception will still be available between 8am-6pm via telephone call only.
SUNDAY 15TH MARCH 2020 - UPDATE
ON MONDAY 16TH MARCH, OUR APPOINTMENTS ARE CHANGING.  TO REDUCE THE RISK OF CORONAVIRUS IN THE SURGERY, WE WILL ONLY BE SEEING URGENT PATIENTS FACE TO FACE.  ALL OTHER APPOINTMENTS WILL BE DEALT WITH ON THE TELEPHONE. IF YOU NEED TO SEE A GP, PLEASE CALL 01562 777239 FOR FURTHER ADVICE.

Following the PMs announcement that the coronavirus pandemic phase has changed to “containment” we should like to update our patients in the Wyre Forest about our plans and how to best help your local surgery continue to function.

If you have new continuous cough and/or fever DO NOT ATTEND YOUR GP SURGERY. Please go to the excellent advice on nhs 111 website and follow the links.

You are advised to self isolate for 7 days.

If you feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home, your condition worsens, or your symptoms last longer than 7 days, you are advised to call 111.

Your surgery will need to focus on urgent care over the next weeks and months. You may find that routine clinic appointments are postponed. We will be offering more telephone consultations and, in some cases, on line and video consultations.

Please bear with us at this time. Chaddesley Corbett Surgery and all practices in the Wyre Forest
